Siem Reap in lockdown

Siem Reap city has been declared from a yellow to a red zone by the state government. The city is therefore in “hard” lockdown for about 1 week. All stores have been closed and leaving the house is no longer allowed. Supermarkets have also been closed, but fortunately deliveries are still possible.

At peak times, deliveries are likely to be subject to considerable delays due to the increased controls.

It remains to be hoped that this hard lockdown will be successfully and quickly lifted.
